Refund and Return Policy
At Elixovia, we are dedicated to providing premium skincare and hair care that delivers real results. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To maintain strict hygiene standards, products are only eligible for return if:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original premium packaging with all seals intact.
The item was received in a damaged or defective condition.
The incorrect product was shipped to you.
Non-Returnable Items:
Any product that has been opened, used, or had its safety seal broken.
Products purchased during a “Clearance Sale” or as part of a promotional bundle.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a leaking serum bottle), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Required: High-resolution photos or a short video of the damaged item and the shipping label.
Resolution: We will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
4. How to Start a Return
Email us at [Your Support Email] or WhatsApp us at [Your Business Number] with your Order ID.
State the reason for the return and attach necessary photos.
Once approved, you will need to ship the product back to our Karachi warehouse. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged/incorrect).
5. Refunds & Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected:
Option A: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method (Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa) within 7–10 business days.
Option B: We can provide an immediate store credit voucher for your next purchase.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
